Your Guided Salmon Fishing Day includes a Spey casting lesson on the River Tay using a traditional double-handed Spey rod. You’ll learn how to fish effectively through a salmon pool, understand where salmon are likely to hold, and discover the techniques used to hook salmon on the fly. Along the way, your guide will share valuable knowledge about salmon fishing in Scotland and the unique characteristics of the River Tay.

All fishing equipment, permits and personal guiding are included, so all you need to bring is a waterproof jacket, thick socks, a hat or cap, and sunglasses or prescription glasses if required.
