Second Week of September
As the leaves begin to change, its time to think of our little creatures in the garden that need a new home for the winter months, we have just bought some new nature homes, feeders and water baths. Bird baths, Squirrel House, insect hotel, colourful butterfly house, and hopefully the hedgehog home will arrive next week! We hope our little friends enjoy the gardens and we look forward to feeding them and seeing them around the garden.
Third Week of September
Its been a bit like summer time here in Pitlochry this week the weather has been quite nice. We are happy to see that our Gardener Jason has put up all the new animal homes around the gardens, we hope that they will enjoy there new homes. This week my lounge "Mr Fisher's Coffee Lounge" has had some brand new Chesterfield couches and seats, which as soon as they arrived on Tuesday the guests were straight on them testing them out before I even got a chance to sit on them!
Last Week in September
Autumn has officially started here in Pitlochry, how do we mark the Autumn beginning you may ask……. Our famous local ran organisation Enchanted Forest!!! the first buses left right outside the front door on Wednesday Night to Faskally Woods, the guests were wrapped up warm with hats, scarves and rain jackets, it was a typical Autumn night the heavens opened, however this worked out well for the Enchanted Forest as the sky was pitch black, which was amazing for these shimmering lights display at the Forest. The Locals really now how to put on a show!
