Booking Terms & Conditions

 For all party bookings an initial non refundable deposit of £20 per person is required to confirm the booking, provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks and will be automatically released if no payment has been made.  
Final balance is due four weeks prior to your party together with a rooming list.  

Please note no refunds of advance payments are available.  Party organisers are asked to make their group members aware of this. 

The hotel reserves the right to amend packages and prices at any time before the event and to cancel any evening in the unlikely event of shortfall in minimum numbers required to operate.  In such circumstances full refunds will be available.
